Sharp studied clarinet, keyboard and cello at the Hochstein School of Music in Rochester. After gaining a scholarship at The Boston Conservatory because of her enthusiasm for school theatre, Sharp applied to The Boston Conservatory. Cum Laude graduated with a B.F.A. Sharp's primary focus was on the stage. Sharp was a part of her first Broadway National Tour of Carousel and debuted off-Broadway in Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind and performed in eight roles in the comedy that is interactive Eat the Runt. Other stage shows include Abyssinia, Aida, Thunder Knockin' Jitney, The Producers, Big Street, Suburb and Joe Turner's Come and Gone, in which Sharp read alongside writer August Wilson himself. Sharp is currently working on several original projects which include screenplays and plays. An entire recording is in the works. Sharp also performs. Sharp loves fitness. She keeps herself fit through boxing, studying Krav Maga, and taking long roadtrips. Sharp has a family home in Los Angeles.
